3. This product is designed only as an aid to the parent/caretaker. The parent/caretaker should not leave the child unattended when using this product at anytime.

4. The container from which the child is drinking/eating should not be positioned too close to the child's face.

5. The product should be attached in a manner that allows the child to either pull away from the container and/or push the container away. Moreover, the parent/caretaker should make sure that the container used does not obstruct the child's breathing.

6. This product is not designed to hold weight in excess of 11 oz.

7. This product has been designed with the child's safety in mind. Nonetheless, the parent/caretaker should inspect the product on a regular basis to ensure that no parts have become loose which could be ingested by a child.

This product is not recommended for use by children under 3mos.
